Guerrero Grocery: Your Go-To Mexican Store in Lincoln, NE

We love this store! They have the best seasoned steak (flat iron or other choices) from their butchers, any typical Mexican food products (beans, tortillas, vegetables, etc.) available, & fresh white/Americano cheese. This is our go-to place for anything Hispanic/Mexican!! Oh, & next door, an excellent Mexican bakery!

Really like this place. Been going here for quite some time. Most of the things I purchase include plantains and beef. Also, every Friday, they have fried whole tilapia fishes available for purchase and those are so good. They also have groceries and some Miscellaneous items. It’s smack down town so if you live downtown, you can simply walk over to it. Would definitely recommend.

This is a small neighborhood grocery store. The cashier's are all very nice and friendly. They have a pretty good little selection of groceries. My only complaint is the prices of things. Totally, outrageous prices!!! It doesn't seem right. The store is located in a working class, predominantly Hispanic & Black neighborhood. I realize that Guerrero's has to make a living too, but it seems highly, highly, overpriced.

Staff is very friendly all of the time. They have a pretty good selection of things you may need in a pinch, but it really is more like a convenience store than a grocery. Items are a bit over priced (but that is because of the convenience factor). I one got a frozen pizza that had obviously thawed then was refrozen. First indication was that it was all scrunched up in the box like a stromboli. I though maybe it would be okay and baked it anyway. That was when I learned that baking a refrozen pizza will only end in sadness

Great Hispanic store. I like they offer so many products from different countries. They have everything I need. Prepared food is tasty. As feedback they need to rotate their products, because some are expired. Need better customer service when someone complains.

I love this tienda! The spiced pork is perfect for several dishes I cook, and they always have good fresh produce (especially cilantro and avocados). They carry canned goods and spices not found in many grocery stores. The butcher is friendly and ready to help.

I like this little shop. It's authentic, the people are nice and it has a small town vibe about it. It sucks that they won't help you out w 15 cents if your short though...we live around them- you'd think they'd know us by now. And i wish they didn't have the prices spiked so high. It is what it is though when it comes to the South side and local markets.

Good store to get in and out get what you need get back to the house you don't have to wait a long time enjoy yourself and have a good day
